These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of gcexperts.com, our phone, email, and SMS communications, and any services provided by GC Experts (“GC Experts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our site, submitting a lead form, giving verbal consent on a phone call, or otherwise communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that any information you provide to us is accurate.
GC Experts provides federal contracting education via workshops, membership programs, SAM.gov registration assistance, BidTrakker solicitation alerts, and one- on-one consulting. Nothing on this site or in our communications constitutes legal, accounting, or bonding advice. You are responsible for consulting your own professionals for those matters.
GC Experts operates an SMS text messaging program (the “Program”) for leads and clients who have opted in to receive messages from us. By providing your mobile phone number on a lead form or giving verbal consent on a recorded phone call, you agree to these Program Terms and the SMS-related sections of our Privacy Policy.

Typically 1–4 messages per contact per month. Appointment-booking conversations may include a short series of messages (greeting, day offer, time offer, confirmation, reminder) over a few hours or days.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. GC Experts does not charge a separate fee for receiving our text messages.
You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or REVOKE to any SMS from GC Experts. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also email support@gcexperts.com or call 512-488-6862 to opt out.

Supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
GC Experts does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS content with any third party for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Paid services (workshops, memberships, consulting engagements) are governed by the separate sales agreement you accept at checkout. Refund terms are stated in that agreement; if not otherwise specified, workshop and membership fees are non-refundable after the start date. Free consultations, free training, and free content on the site are provided at no cost and may be discontinued at any time.
All content on gcexperts.com, including training videos, workshop materials, templates, and written content, is owned by GC Experts LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
GC Experts makes no guarantee that you will win federal contracts, earn any specific amount of revenue, or achieve any particular business outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, qualifications, market conditions, and government procurement decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GC Experts, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to GC Experts in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting SMS subscribers will be communicated via SMS or email.
